Niche Inspector Review News

Regular visitors will have noticed some strange happenings here at Niche Inspector Review.

No posts for a month, then no site for a week, then site back but still no posts.

If you are interested in what goes on here, then let me explain what has been happening, and how it is going to lead to some fantastic new developments.

You’re loving Niche Inspector - just wait for Niche Exploiter!

During August, I was very busy organizing some new sites. I thought of many articles describing how Niche Inspector was helping me with these projects, but just never found the time to write about them.

I decided to focus on the new projects, then do a series of reports describing all the practical ways Niche Inspector could help after starting to build and publish a site.

I also added some enhancements to my free niche strategy tool, so expect a new release soon.

Then disaster struck. On the last day of August, I had three unrelated disasters.

1. I smashed my mobile phone. Not much to do with websites, but as I’m telling you about my disasters, I may as well include it. Anyway, you’re probably thinking that someone like me would have their contacts synced to their computer, and you’d be right. Which brings me on to..

2. I trashed my computer. Not a clever thing to do. Now this should also be a mere inconvenience, as I am committed to the Office 2.0 ideals of using web-based applications and storing all my data remotely. In fact, apart from a few lost graphics that I stored locally, the greatest loss was browser shortcuts and passwords. I’m building a strategy to make sure that everything is located somewhere on the Internet in future. It not only helps when disaster strikes, but it also means I can work anywhere in the world where I can get an Internet connection. So I should be completely OK, unless the triple whammy happens again…

3. The hosting service where I keep this and a few other sites decided to mess things up. I’ll save the details for another day. In fact, there is enough for another website. When I finally got this site back, I could not access the admin panel, so it has effectively been read only until now. Much of the styling has gone, but rather than try to resurrect the old scheme, I am going to install and configure a new theme.

But there is some good news.

All this messing about with unsatisfactory web hosting services has prompted me to set up my own.

It’s very early days yet, but this will not be your average hosting service. I will be offering ready-to-run business websites that will take your Niche Inspector data and turn it into a fully functioning, properly structured website that you can grow quickly to exploit your chosen niche.

It probably will not be called Niche Exploiter, as I think that has already been done. But whatever is called it will certainly help you exploit your niches.

Keep checking back for updates. Email me via the Contact Page if you are desperate (or even slightly interested).
